1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused or only minimally used (at least 90% of the product remaining)
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Satisfaction Return Option
If you are not fully satisfied with your fragrance:
- You may request a return if the bottle is at least 90% full
- Once received and inspected, we will offer:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange for another fragrance
Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Heavily used products (less than 90% remaining)
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special orders
- Items purchased on sale or promotional offers (if applicable)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

After verification, we will offer:
